Our board is committed to serving our parish and community to the best of their abilities this year and plans to work very hard to achieve our fundraising, social justice, and community forming goals.
Secretary Staci Lewanski
Staci is a regional director for Stella and Dot who studied marketing and management at St. Xavier University. She and her husband Rob are a devoted parents of two children currently enrolled at St. Linus School. Staci is a Mother McAuley graduate and has professional experience in team building, sales, and event planning. Last spring Staci successfully chaired the first annual Kentucky Derby Fundraising Party.
Treasurer Kristin McGrane
Kristin has an accounting degree from Indiana University and an MBA in international business from DePaul University and is a former financial services manager. Kristin and her husband Michael are devoted parents of four children currently enrolled at St. Linus School. In addition to her work with the Ladies Guild, Kristin is also co-treasurer of the SLAC and the 4th grade girls basketball coach. This is her second year serving the Ladies Guild as treasurer. Kristin is very talented at managing our Guild’s financial needs behind the scenes. She is meticulous, transparent, and hard working. With her guidance we are able to keep very detailed spreadsheets on all of our revenue and expenses.
Director of Public Relations Caryn Talty
Caryn is a digital media marketing manager for a Chicago area physician’s office. She and her husband Noel have been married for over 16 years, and their four children are currently enrolled at St. Linus School. She is a former public school teacher with experience in website development, social media marketing, and special needs students. Last spring Caryn worked to create relationships with local businesses who generously offered sponsorships that helped support our Kentucky Derby.
President Tiffany Silva Sales
Tiffany is a philanthropist at heart with a degree in communications from the University of Illinois, and experience working for WTTW in Chicago. She is married to her high school sweetheart Chris-Anthony, and a devoted mother of a growing family. Tiffany and her husband have a daughter at Mother McAuley, 3 children currently enrolled at St. Linus School, and are expecting their 5th child this February. Tiffany has an eye for details and a desire to share her faith with others. She is also a St. Linus alum (1997) who has a strong desire to see her parish community grow and flourish.
Vice President Julie Cooper
Julie is an Inside Sales Support Specialist with Single Path and recently celebrated 15 years of marriage. She is blessed to have known her husband Tim for over 21 years, and together they have two children currently enrolled at St. Linus School. Julie has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in interpersonal communications and a minor in music. She is also a certified massage therapist. Julie is a former Ladies Guild President and enjoys connecting people. Last year Julie lead our organization in several very successful fundraising efforts that directly impacted both our school and parish community in a positive way.
Secretary Jamie Spirakes
Jamie is a talented dance instructor with over 10 years experience teaching creative movement, ballet, and modern classes. She is an honors graduate in dance from Columbia College Chicago and is currently working on a master’s degree through DePaul University. Jamie is also a Mother McAuley graduate and former arts integration instructor in the Chicago Public Schools. Today Jamie teaches at Dance Gallery Chicago. She and her husband are devoted parents of one child currently enrolled at St. Linus School. Jamie has a passion for doing work that promotes social justice in our parish as well as our universal Catholic community. This year under Jamie’s leadership, the Ladies Guild will manage our existing parish Fair Trade Sales Ministry as our Ladies Guild expands, under Jamie’s guidance, to become more active in social justice.

First Meeting
Our first meeting will be held on Friday, September 11 at 7:00 pm in the Cardiff Center. It is a meet and greet and will include appetizers, beverages, and an ice-breaking night of fun “minute to win it” games. New and prospective members are encouraged to come. Please extend an invitation to women in our parish that may be interested in joining the Ladies Guild.
