We had our 2nd Annual 3rd Grade Wax Museum.
The students researched different people from history and gave a presentation.
Here is Julia Little as Florence Nightingale.

Our 5th Grade celebrated the end of their DARE program
with a trip to Arena Bowl for bowling and lunch.

The kids had a great time.
We’re not sure if bowling or getting to walk to the bowling alley was more fun!

6th Grade had their EDGE graduation.
That is the end of a six week program where the students learn
how to stay away from gangs and other bad influences.
This program is through the Oak Lawn Police department
and is a continuation of the DARE program from 5th Grade.

On May 15, the whole School K-8 went to see “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown”
the musical at Drury Lane Theatre in Oakbrook.

The students had a great time and loved the chance to go to the theatre and see a live performance.

On May 11, our 2nd Graders celebrated their First Holy Communion
at a beautiful Mass with their family and friends in attendance.
Here is Brooke Heilmann after the Mass. It was a glorious day!

We also celebrated our NJHS induction for 6th and 7th Grade
and conferred the Honor Chords on our 8th graders for graduation.

Here are our 8th grade NJHS members including our
Salutatorian, Gina Czochara and Valedictorian, Grace Celauro.

We were treated to a Spring Concert from our 3, 4 and 5 Grade Students.
They sang and played instruments of songs from movie musicals including
Annie, Greatest Showman and Toy Story! Thanks Mrs. Keelen for a great show!

Our FTC held a Literacy Luau and book fair in the Cardiff Center!
The kids played games and had a chance to purchase books for summer reading.
Here are Emma and Noah Delejewski having some Luau fun!

Here are just a few of our teachers who attended the NCEA conference during Easter Break.
The conference was held at McCormick Place.
Ms. Goldsmith, Mrs. Revis, Ms. Hayes, Mrs. Salazar and Mrs. Kelly
joined the other 10,000 teachers who attended the three day conference.
