Our Catholic Schools Week Mass was beautiful at 9:00 AM on Sunday.
Ms. Anderson received the Heart of the School and pictured here is
Katie Hayes O’Halloran class of ‘85 who became
the newest Distinguished Graduate with Principal Hayes.
The Mass was followed by a very successful Open House.
Thanks to all who came on by and all who donated to the $20 for 2020.

This was part of our Catholic Schools week celebration and was a big hit.

Ms. Linnert’s Science Class used a website called Nearpod
for the students to work interactively with one another to compare and contrast
the life cycles of flowering plants and non flowering plants.
Here is Ryan Al-Machnee and Elle Kennedy completing the assignment.

Our 3rd Graders started their Instrument Unit
by participating in an “instrument gallery walk.”

Students worked with partners, observing the instruments and writing about what they noticed.
They will spend the next several weeks learning more
about all of these instruments and even trying them our!

Here are some 6th Graders in Advisory working on a team building project.
The objective was to work collaboratively to design and create the tallest tower possible.
Sometimes it’s good to learn from mistakes!

Here are 2nd Graders Lexi Slade and Alex Garcia
meeting with their Sacramental Buddy Erin Pascua.

They spend their time together doing activities to help prepare them
for their upcoming sacraments of Confirmation and Communion.

Our 6th Grade Girls Volleyball Team came in 2nd place at the Mother McAuley Tournament!
They lost the championship by 2 points! Way to go Hawks!

Here are the Preschoolers enjoying a snack on their first day back after Christmas vacation.
They are so happy to be back with their friends.

Mrs. O’Connell’s class explored the differences between our hearing and an elk’s
in Science class as we learn about animal needs and adaptations.
Here are scientists, Molly Willette, Andrew Schnieder and Nora Bruton.

Here are our 3rd Graders getting ready to play some basketball in PE.
You can see from the smiles on their faces that they are happy to be back in school
after a lovely Christmas break!

This is 6th Grade using their chrome books in math class with Dr. Segvich.
Dr. Segvich is able to display on the Brightlink what the students
have in front of them on their chrome books.

Congratulations to our 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team
who took 1st place in the Saint John Fisher Tournament.
Beating St. Barnabas 40-25! Way to go boys!
