Dear Business Manager,

St. Linus is excited to host our second annual 5k Turkey Trot race on Saturday,
November 21, 2015. This race offers our friends and neighbors the opportunity to do something good for themselves while at the same time doing something good for our community. We ask for your support in making our annual Turkey Trot successful.

Our race begins and ends at St. Linus, and the course winds through the local streets of Oak Lawn. Hundreds of young children, students and adults from local parishes and neighborhoods will participate in this fun-filled family event. Regardless of age or ability, these runners will challenge themselves physically and mentally and will finish the race with the satisfaction of knowing they gave it their all on the course. It will be inspiring and exciting event to witness and we hope you can join us.

The success of our second 5k Turkey Trot will be greater with the help of your sponsorship. We are reaching out to local businesses and organizations to request your financial assistance. We are so grateful for any support you can offer. One hundred percent of your gift is tax deductible and we offer several advertising opportunities in return for your sponsorship. With a donation of $100 or more, your organization’s name will appear on the back of our Turkey Trot shirts which are worn by hundreds of adults and children throughout the school year and within running communities.

Funds raised from this event will benefit St. Linus School, St. Linus Parish, and Emily Beazley's Kures for Kids. We are committed to ensuring the long-term success of St. Linus School and the funds raised from this event will be put to good use to help bring technology into the school and assist in funding the church deficit.
