On March 25, 2017, our children who are preparing for First Eucharist attended a morning retreat. They enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about the Eucharist by learning about the Mass, learning to receive communion, making a memory placemat, playing Eucharist Bingo, and experiencing the Story of the Last Supper. While the children were busy at their retreat, parents or family representatives made a special rosary for their child.
It is with gratitude that we thank the Ladies Guild, especially Caryn Talty, Ginny Gallagher, and Dana Pyzik for their time and talent in assisting parents in making the rosaries. We also thank those who helped with the retreat, especially Sr. Mary Therese Giblin, Karen Tierney, Gabby Loftus, Dorothy Smith, Marguarite Doran, Sandy Doretti, Mia Silva, John Dillon, Jack Lundy, Hannah Marin, Mairin Hunt, Gina Kilroy, and Janet Potrawski.
